Yes, for all Baker e-bike customers we have full-service center, if you needs some maintenance and you having an issue we are available and will do what it takes to keep you riding.

NO Baker E-Bikes are all Class-1 or Class-2 pedal assist e-bikes. A license is not required. A helmet is advised when riding any bike or e-bike and obeying local traffic laws is always encouraged.
Yes! We provide warranty covers for defects in materials and workmanship of your Baker E-bike. Coverage extends for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase. Please click on Warranty info for more information.
