This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of your Baker E-bike. Coverage extends for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:
Warranty is void if the bike has been subjected to abuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Baker E-Bikes customer service by email at info@bakersj.com. You will be required to provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.
If the claim is approved, Baker E-Bikes will repair or replace the defective frame at its discretion. Transportation costs to and from the repair facility are the responsibility of the customer.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Baker E-Bikes be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this product.
